it is being observed that DOO/DDP is not being adhered for 25 days time for NOC.DDP/DOO has given NOC in some of the cases after due date of applying for the post which does not serve any purpose.I don’t know whether it is intentional or otherwise but the whole purpose of creating portal seems to be defeating.
I suppose, timeline is inbuilt in the portal software. An authority cant hold it beyond timeframe defined for it. Else, it will automatically move to the next level. If DDP/DOO has delayed it, the same must be communicated to DDP, with the proof of delay, and the user manual available in the portal, which provides the timeline. They should resolve the anomaly.
